Coty Can't Nix Contract Claims In Spat With Ex-CFO

Law360, New York (December 18, 2009, 5:21 PM EST) -- A federal judge has denied Coty Inc.'s bid for summary judgment on its former chief financial officer's breach of contract allegations claiming he deserves about $11 million for options vested shortly before he was fired, instead of half that amount, while tossing the executive's promissory estoppel claim at the fragrance maker's request.
