Web Co. Seeks Sanctions Over Dell Deposition Failures

Law360, New York (December 18, 2009, 4:20 PM EST) -- A North Carolina Internet company is seeking sanctions against Dell Inc., claiming that a witness in a lawsuit over faulty computers has repeatedly been unprepared for court-ordered depositions and that Dell's counsel had coached the witness.
