Goldman Insider Trading Claims Came Too Late: Judge

Law360, New York (December 18, 2009, 1:28 PM EST) -- A federal judge has dismissed claims of insider trading on 30-year Treasury bonds and their derivatives against Goldman Sachs & Co. Inc., saying the claims brought by members of a failed class action against the brokerage house came after the expiration of the limitations period for securities claims.
