Chinese Cos. Dumping PC Strand In US: DOC

Law360, New York (December 22, 2009, 1:44 PM EST) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce has issued a preliminary finding that Chinese producers and exporters of prestressed concrete steel wire strand have been dumping the product in the U.S. at significantly less than normal value.

The U.S. International Trade Administration announced the preliminary results of its anti-dumping duty investigation Friday, concluding that some Chinese companies were selling PC strand in the U.S. at up to 193.55 percent less than fair value.
