Sedgwick Wants 'Scandalous' Bits Out Of Abuse Suit

Law360, New York (December 21, 2009, 1:36 PM EST) -- Sedgwick Detert Moran & Arnold LLP has asked to strike certain embarrassing sex- and drug-related allegations in an ex-associate's $10 million wrongful termination action, which claims he was fired because of a mental collapse resulting from the pace of work and abuse at the hands of a partner.
