10th Circ. Orders New Panel In CO2 Royalty Fight

Law360, New York (December 22, 2009, 3:07 PM EST) -- A federal appeals court has ruled that a new arbitration panel should be formed to hear a dispute between Shell Oil Co. and others over accounting practices in a class action settlement involving a carbon dioxide source.
