Iowa High Court Backs Class Cert. In EPDM Suit

Law360, New York (December 22, 2009, 5:35 PM EST) -- Iowa's highest court has affirmed class certification for indirect purchasers in an antitrust suit over synthetic rubber EPDM made by Bayer AG, Dow Chemical Co., Exxon Mobil Chemical Corp. and others.

The Supreme Court of Iowa on Friday found that a lower court did not abuse its discretion in granting class certification in the price-fixing suit.
