US Takes Hard Line On Honey From China

Law360, New York (December 23, 2009, 2:06 PM EST) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce on Wednesday issued preliminary results of an administrative review of anti-dumping duties on honey from China, taking a harder stance on a handful of companies.

In issuing preliminary results of its anti-dumping duty review, the U.S. International Trade Administration singled out for firmer action Dongtai Peak Honey Industry Co., Anhui Native Produce Import and Export Corp., Quinhuangdao Municipal Dafeng (QMD) Industrial Co., Inner Mongolia Youth Trade Development Co. and Wuhu Qinshgi Tangye.
