NY Appeals Court Reinstates Vacated Superfund Rules

Law360, New York (January 5, 2010, 1:56 PM EST) -- A New York appeals court has reinstated Superfund regulations enforced by the New York Department of Environmental Conservation that a lower court had vacated on the grounds that they called for a more stringent standard for cleanup than the one required by statute.
