Burger King Fires Up Contract Suit Against Franchisees

Law360, New York (January 6, 2010, 1:28 PM EST) -- Burger King Corp. has served three franchise owners and their guaranties with a suit accusing them of breaching their franchise agreements by failing to purchase and install point-of-sale systems required by the fast-food giant.
