Chinese Exporters Dumped Wire Decking: DOC

Law360, New York (January 6, 2010, 12:32 PM EST) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce has determined that Chinese exporters and producers have dumped wire decking in domestic markets, a finding that comes two months after Commerce concluded that China unfairly subsidized its wire decking industry.

In a preliminary affirmative determination released on Tuesday, Commerce concluded that the majority of Chinese companies selling wire decking in the U.S. have dumped the product at 289 percent below its normal value.
