Technical Inspectors Hit Moody Over OT Policy

Law360, New York (January 7, 2010, 5:24 PM EST) -- A group of current and former technicians and inspectors for Moody International Americas Inc. — which provides technical staffing services to some of world's biggest energy and engineering companies — has accused the company of violating federal labor law by failing to pay a higher rate for overtime hours.

The complaint, filed Wednesday in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, claims that Moody's policies on overtime compensation run afoul of the Fair Labor Standards Act.
