Shareholders Appeal NeuroMetrix Fraud Dismissal

Law360, New York (January 8, 2010, 1:15 PM EST) -- Shareholders in a proposed class action accusing medical device maker NeuroMetrix Inc. of misleading investors about billing problems associated with the company's flagship product have asked an appellate court to overturn the dismissal of their case.

A notice of the appeal to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit was filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts on Wednesday, almost a month after Judge Rya W. Zobel dismissed the suit.
