Lycos To Pay $2.8M In Fees For 'Massive' Leasing Feud

Law360, New York (January 8, 2010, 5:30 PM EST) -- Lycos Inc. is on the hook for over $2.8 million in attorneys' fees and court costs in a long-running contract dispute with computer equipment provider CSI Leasing Inc. that began as a claim against the search engine operator for $300,000 in unpaid bills, a federal judge has ruled.
