Wal-Mart Readies For More Labor Legal Battles

Law360 (November 30, 2006, 12:00 AM EST) -- Wal-Mart Stores Inc. is readying itself for a legal battle in Nevada as more lawsuits alleging overtime violations continue to be consolidated in federal district court.

Five additional civil claims from around the country were transferred to the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada Wednesday for organization and consolidation.
