High Court Seeks White House's View On Janus Suit

Law360, New York (January 11, 2010, 1:15 PM EST) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday asked the Obama administration to weigh in on Janus Capital Group Inc.'s appeal of the revival of a class action securities suit against the investment company, potentially delaying for months a decision on whether the high court will take the case.
