Bush-Era DOJ Atty Joins WilmerHale

Law360, New York (January 14, 2010, 3:59 PM EST) -- Carl J. Nichols has decided to join WilmerHale LLP one year after wrapping up a four-year stint at the U.S. Department of Justice, where he most recently served as principal deputy associate attorney general.

Nichols officially joined WilmerHale on Monday. He will work on litigation and counseling on matters with a government or regulatory focus, because he could combine his complex commercial work background with the government expertise he picked up while with the DOJ, he said.
