Former Broker Still Unhappy With Merrill's Offer

Law360, New York (November 30, 2006, 12:00 AM EST) -- Dissatisfied with Merrill Lynch’s efforts, a former broker has turned to an arbitration panel once again to compel the financial giant to reinstate her as a financial consultant in its San Antonio office.

After more than a year of back-and-forth, Hydie Sumner is asking the three-person panel to strike Merrill Lynch’s motion seeking a declaration that it has complied with an earlier reinstatement order.
