RH Donnelley Cleared To Exit Ch. 11

Law360, New York (January 12, 2010, 7:01 PM EST) -- A bankruptcy judge on Tuesday gave final approval to R.H. Donnelley Corp.'s reorganization plan, paving the way for the bankrupt telephone directory company to emerge from Chapter 11 protection.

Judge Kevin Gross of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware said in his order approving the plan that the company is likely to emerge from bankruptcy by the end of the month.
