Rambus' DRAM Antitrust Spat Heads To Trial

Law360, New York (January 13, 2010, 5:20 PM EST) -- Rambus Inc. is finally set to have its day in court in its long-running antitrust battle accusing Micron Technology Inc., Samsung Electronics Co. and Hynix Semiconductor Inc. of conspiring to keep the semiconductor company's dynamic random access memory chips off the market, with pretrial motions scheduled to take place Wednesday.

Judge Richard A. Kramer of the San Francisco County Superior Court was set to consider several pretrial matters, including Samsung's bid for a protective order regarding one of Rambus' trial subpoenas, according to court dockets....
