KBR Unit Wins $350M In Arbitration With Pemex

Law360, New York (January 13, 2010, 6:42 PM EST) -- A Mexican unit of KBR Inc. has won roughly $350 million in arbitration with a Petroleos Mexicanos subsidiary based on claims that the Mexican state-owned oil company failed to fully pay the contractor for building two large platforms in the Gulf of Mexico.
