White & Case Snags Practice Leader From Rival

Law360 (November 30, 2006, 12:00 AM EST) -- The co-head of the bankruptcy practice at Dewey Ballantine LLP has defected from the firm to join the restructuring and insolvency group at White & Case LLP.

Alan S. Gover, who will work out of the firm’s New York office, had headed the restructuring practice at rival Dewey Ballantine since 2001.
