Kodak Sets Sights On Apple, RIM Over Imaging Patents

Law360, New York (January 14, 2010, 4:43 PM EST) -- In an effort to protect a range of its patented imaging technology, Eastman Kodak Co. on Thursday filed complaints against Apple Inc. and Research In Motion Ltd. in the U.S. International Trade Commission and a federal court in New York.
