US Catfish Farmers Drop Bid For Rehearing On Duties

Law360 (January 15, 2010, 12:41 PM EST) -- A group of U.S. catfish farmers has dropped its request for the U.S. Court of International Trade to reconsider an order affirming the U.S. Department of Commerce's decision not to charge anti-dumping duties on two Vietnamese frozen fish fillet exporters.

Judge Leo M. Gordon of the CIT on Wednesday approved a motion by the Catfish Farmers of America — filed the same day — to withdraw the rehearing request.
