Ex-Symbol CEO Wants No-Show Default Judgment Nixed

Law360, New York (January 14, 2010, 4:25 PM EST) -- Tomo Razmilovic, the former CEO of Symbol Technologies Inc. accused of carrying out massive accounting fraud, is urging a federal judge to reconsider a default judgment issued last month after the defendant failed to appear in New York for deposition.
