Anderson Kill Launches Climate Change, Disaster Practice

By Matt Perez (November 8, 2021, 4:11 PM EST) -- New York-based Anderson Kill PC has launched a climate change and disaster recovery practice and appointed three of its attorneys to lead the group, the firm said Monday.

Shareholders Dennis J. Artese in New York and Nicholas M. Insua in Newark will chair the practice together, and the firm's managing partner in Washington, D.C., Rhonda D. Orin, will be deputy chair.

The new practice group will represent clients seeking coverage for third-party claims related to climate change, including failures to disclose risks of damage as well as contributions to the crisis.
