Former Monaco Execs Seek To Nix Dealer's Price Suit

Law360, New York (January 19, 2010, 5:45 PM EST) -- Former executives of the now-bankrupt recreational vehicle maker Monaco Coach Corp. have asked a judge to throw out an antitrust suit lodged by Giant Inland Empire RV Center Inc., a dealer accusing the liquidating manufacturer of engaging in price discrimination by selling its wares to a competing dealer at bargain prices.
