Ta Chen Returns To Court Over Pipe Fitting Duties

Law360, New York (January 19, 2010, 2:18 PM EST) -- Ta Chen Stainless Pipe Co. Ltd. is again challenging a determination by the U.S. Department of Commerce to impose anti-dumping duties on certain stainless steel butt-weld pipe fittings from Taiwan.

The pipe company sued the United States on Friday in the U.S. Court of International Trade, contesting the final results of an administrative review of the anti-dumping duty order published in the Federal Register in December.
