Law360, New York (January 15, 2010, 5:50 PM EST) -- The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit has upheld a lower court determination holding two attorneys personally liable to a Texas department store for a $143,500 trademark misuse and cyberpiracy judgment originally entered against their law firm partnership.
