H&R Block Tax Agents Move For Class Cert. Again

Law360, New York (January 19, 2010, 2:38 PM EST) -- On the heels of a federal judge’s decision to deny class certification in an overtime suit against H&R Block, former tax agents have launched a second bid for conditional class certification.

Lead plaintiff Joaquin Llano filed a second motion for conditional class certification Monday in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, despite the court’s denial of certification only days before.
