Huge Antitrust Fines Reflect Regulators' Bold Stance

Law360, New York (January 20, 2010, 7:44 PM EST) -- A look at the top 10 fines levied on each side of the Atlantic in the past year reveals the increasingly aggressive enforcement stance of regulators.
