Former DA Morgenthau Takes New Job At Age 90

Law360, New York (January 20, 2010, 6:57 PM EST) -- Legendary prosecutor Robert M. Morgenthau, who served as New York County district attorney for 35 years before stepping down last year at the age of 90, apparently is not yet ready to retire from the field of law.

Wachtell Lipton Rosen & Katz announced Wednesday that Morgenthau had joined the firm as of counsel.
