SEC Seeks To Beef Up Claims In Galleon Case

Law360, New York (January 20, 2010, 6:56 PM EST) -- The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on Wednesday asked for leave to file a second amended complaint in its case against hedge fund Galleon Group, adding new charges against Galleon founder Raj Rajaratnam and former McKinsey & Co. board member Anil Kumar.
