Law360, New York (January 21, 2010, 1:01 PM EST) -- A federal appeals court has affirmed a lower court's decision to toss Reger Development LLC's breach of contract and fraud suit against National City Bank over the conditions surrounding a loan the bank made to the real estate development company.
