Quanta Seeks Stay On $57.5M Ruling In Disk Case

Law360, New York (January 21, 2010, 1:54 PM EST) -- Quanta Computer Inc. is trying to stay a $57.5 million judgment against it until a federal court reviews the company's motion to reduce the jury damages award, which was handed to LaserDynamics Inc. in a disk recognition patent infringement case.
