Under Fire From Shareholders, DHB Cancels Meeting

Law360, New York (December 4, 2006, 12:00 AM EST) -- A leading manufacturer of body armor has called off its annual shareholder meeting, following the filing of a federal lawsuit accusing the company of trying to deprive shareholders of the ability to cast an informed vote and seeking an injunction barring the proposed meeting from taking place.
