Rambus Chip Trial Delayed For 60 Days

Law360, New York (January 21, 2010, 6:06 PM EST) -- The antitrust trial pitting Rambus Inc. against Micron Technology Inc. and Hynix Semiconductor Inc. has been put on hold for two months, only days after co-defendant Samsung Electronics Co. settled for $900 million.

Judge Richard Kramer of the Superior Court of California for the County of San Francisco said Thursday in court that he was postponing the trial for "good cause" after discussions with attorneys.
