Liability Suit Over McDonald's Sandwich Revived

Law360, New York (January 22, 2010, 2:25 PM EST) -- A federal appeals court has vacated judgments for McDonald's Corp. and one of its franchise owners in a $2 million lawsuit brought by a Florida man who claims hot grease blistered his face when he bit into a chicken sandwich at a restaurant in Duffield, Va.
