Petroleum Cos. Sued Over Puerto Rican Facility Blast

Law360, New York (January 22, 2010, 4:41 PM EST) -- More than 100 Puerto Rican residents who were affected by an October explosion at a local fuel storage facility have hit several petroleum giants — including Caribbean Petroleum Corp. and Gulf Petroleum Corp. — with a putative class action seeking compensation for their damages.
