Thailand Wins WTO Dispute Over US Zeroing

Law360, New York (January 22, 2010, 4:01 PM EST) -- The World Trade Organization has once again called out the U.S. government for its use of zeroing in calculating certain anti-dumping duties, handing Thailand a victory in its complaint over the way the U.S. came up with duties for imports of plastic retail bags.
