Pilots Union Sues DHL Over Domestic Shipping

Law360, New York (December 5, 2006, 12:00 AM EST) -- An airline pilots union has filed suit against shipment company DHL International Ltd.’s U.S. subsidiary in an effort to call the company to task on an alleged violation of a 1998 collective bargaining agreement.

On Monday, DHL Holdings (USA) Inc. filed a notice of removal to have the suit, originally brought by the Air Line Pilots Association International in Ohio state court, moved to federal district court.
