Bid-Rigging Conviction For E-Rate Fraud Upheld

Law360, New York (January 26, 2010, 5:40 PM EST) -- The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit has affirmed the bid-rigging conviction and 90-month prison sentence of a former education consultant charged with leading a $60 million scheme to defraud a federal program used to connect school districts and libraries to the Internet.
