ArcelorMittal Sues Top Rivals Over Steel Patents

Law360, New York (January 26, 2010, 3:26 PM EST) -- ArcelorMittal France has taken aim at rival U.S. steel companies AK Steel Corp., Severstal Dearborn Inc. and Wheeling-Nisshin Inc. in a new patent infringement lawsuit over coated steel sheets.

The French arm of Luxembourg-based ArcelorMittal, the world’s largest steel company, filed the lawsuit Friday in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware.
