Law360, New York (January 27, 2010, 4:29 PM EST) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce has decided to re-examine the corroboration results, financial ratios and surrogate values used to calculate anti-dumping duties for two Chinese exporters of a water treatment chemical, based on information that surfaced in the companies' suit against the agency.
