Nintendo’s Video Game Controller Triggers Suit

Law360 (December 6, 2006, 12:00 AM EST) -- A California-based interface design company has taken aim at a unit of Nintendo Co. Ltd. in a patent infringement suit over video game controllers.

Interlink Electronics Inc. filed the suit in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware on Monday, alleging that Nintendo of America Inc. makes and sells controllers for its Nintendo Wii video game system in the United States that infringe Interlink’s patent.
