Patent Verdicts, Judgments Could Cool Off In 2010

Law360, New York (February 1, 2010, 6:13 PM EST) -- Last year saw some of the biggest judgments and jury verdicts ever in patent cases, but some attorneys say the trend is unlikely to continue in 2010 as companies choose to settle their disputes instead of facing the uncertainty of trial.
