Avnet Sales Rep's OT Suit Left Hanging By A Thread

Law360, New York (January 28, 2010, 3:20 PM EST) -- A federal judge has sliced into a wage-and-hour suit filed by a former sales and marketing representative at electronics distributor Avnet Inc., dismissing her state law claims and preventing her from notifying hundreds of fellow workers of the proposed collective action.
