SEC Gets OK For Expanded Charges In Galleon Case

Law360, New York (January 28, 2010, 3:28 PM EST) -- A federal judge is allowing the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to file an amended complaint in its case against hedge fund firm Galleon Group to add new charges against Galleon founder Raj Rajaratnam and former McKinsey & Co. board member Anil Kumar.
