NH Can't Nab $110M Of Medical Fund: State High Court

Law360, New York (January 28, 2010, 5:30 PM EST) -- The New Hampshire Supreme Court ruled Thursday that the state cannot take $110 million in surplus from a fund that provides medical malpractice insurance, finding that policyholders had a constitutionally protected contractual claim to the funds.
