CFTC Fines Canadian Cos. Over Gas Futures Trading

Law360, New York (January 28, 2010, 5:00 PM EST) -- The U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission on Thursday issued $750,000 in fines against three Canadian investment firms that allegedly participated in the unlawful trading of natural gas futures on the New York Mercantile Exchange in 2006.
